Duration: 18-24 months 
Reason for Need & Project Info:
*	Debit Modernization initiative - moving from homegrown debit card processor to Fiserv. They are 10 months into this engagement.
*	Their debit card talks to 30 other applications at the bank such as Hogan and the GL. A lot of API integrations and systems talking to one another. 
Location: 100% remote - must work EST hours
USC or GC only, no C2C
Must Have Requirements:
1.	8+ years of experience. Java 17+ and advanced in Spring Boot 3.x are a must
2.	Any type of payments or card integration experience from FinTech or Bank
3.	API development, understands data flows
4.	Someone who is all cloud and no on-prem won't work. Ideally someone from mainframe who moved to cloud or distributed systems, or any type of on-prem experience 
5.	Must have experience with DevSecOps and Deployment with the following: Kubernetes/Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, and OAuth/JWT...authentication and authorization)
6.	Database experience with SQL
7.	Kafka or RabbitMQ is a must

Top Responsibilities:
1.	Hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot 
2.	Help with the design and implementation of authentication (OAuth2, JWT, or enterprise SSO).
3.	Perform DevOps best practices - help define CI/CD pipeline and integrated.
4.	Setup of unit tests, integration tests, and static code analysis tools.
