Role Description
1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Define and document business needs, goals, and workflows 
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications 
• Capture detailed functional and non-functional requirements 
2. Technical Analysis & Solution Design
• Analyze existing systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations 
• Review and validate solution designs against business objectives 
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities 
3. Collaboration Across Teams
• Work closely with IT, engineering, product, QA, and business teams 
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement 
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity and validation 
4. Development & Support
• Participate in development lifecycle activities including user story implementation 
• Provide production support including job monitoring and issue resolution 
5. Testing, Troubleshooting & QA
• Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution 
• Ensure system performance aligns with business expectations 
• Validate integrations, data accuracy, and end-to-end workflows 
6. Project & Change Management Support
• Support project planning, scheduling, and risk management 
• Assist in managing technical deliverables and timelines 
• Contribute to change management documentation and training materials 
7. System Implementation & Optimization
• Implement and enhance enterprise systems in coordination with technical teams 
• Integrate applications with existing business processes 
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements 
8. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare system performance and project progress reports
