Qualifications:
*	Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Oracle SQL required.
*	Associate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field experience preferred.
*	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
*	Experience working with Change Management, Problem Management and configuration management processes.
*	ERP application support or junior programming background.
*	Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including scripting and programming in Excel.
*	Client focused and support orientated.
*	Familiarity with SAP BI Edge a plus.
*	Ability to write Crystal reports a plus.
*	Prior experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing, E-Business, WAM and MWM a plus.
