Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Development Professional to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
*	4–6 years of professional experience in .NET development.
*	Strong proficiency in C# and writing clean, scalable code.
*	Strong experience with JavaScript, including modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
*	Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
*	Expertise in SQL Server or other relational databases.
*	Proven experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
*	Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
*	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
*	Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
*	Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.
*	Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
*	Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to optimize speed, scalability, and security.
*	Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD and version control.
*	Participate in code reviews and maintain strict coding standards and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
*	Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
*	Knowledge of microservices architecture and Entity Framework.
*	Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
*	Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.).
Work Environment:
*	This position is primarily Onsite (with potential for Hybrid flexibility) in Dallas, Atlanta, or Chicago. Candidates must be local to one of these three states.
