Required Qualifications


• Minimum 1 year customer service, sales, or client support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with Zoom, phone, and basic computer systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection and workspace
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
