Job Summary
LPL Financial is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
*	Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
*	Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
*	Work with SQL Server (or other relational databases) for data design, queries, performance tuning, and optimization.
*	Participate in full SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
*	Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
*	Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
*	Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
*	Follow best practices for coding standards, version control, and documentation.
*	Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*	Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC.
*	Experience with Web APIs, REST, JSON, XML.
*	Strong database skills with SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
*	Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
*	Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps / TFS or similar version control tools.
*	Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
*	Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
