We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Menu Operations Associate to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw menu data into clear, accurate, and customer-ready digital menus for a major international delivery platform.

What You’ll Do
?? Menu Creation
*	Build new digital menus by extracting and translating data from PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and web sources.
*	Work with Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian content to create polished, well-structured menus.
*	Input menu items, descriptions, categories, prices, and modifiers into internal systems with precision.
*	Ensure all menus follow company formatting and categorization guidelines.
?? Menu Updates & Maintenance
*	Process updates such as price changes, item additions/removals, and category adjustments.
*	Cross-check all information against source materials to ensure accuracy.
*	Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear data and escalate when needed.
?? Quality Assurance
*	Perform thorough self-reviews before final submission.
*	Participate in internal quality audits and maintain high accuracy levels.
?? Tools & Systems
*	Work daily with web-based tools and specialized internal platforms.
*	Use task tracking and communication systems such as JIRA, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
*	Maintain complete and accurate task records while following data security guidelines.

What We’re Looking For
*	Native-level Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian (written + spoken).
*	Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
*	Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
*	Comfortable using online tools, researching information, and adapting to new systems.
*	Experience with menu/catalog management, food & beverage operations, or content moderation is a plus (not required).
