JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Skills
*	8+ years of IT experience, including 2–3 years working with Microsoft Azure.
*	Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AKS, etc.).
*	Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Zelle, etc.).
*	Familiarity with CI/CD tools, scripting (PowerShell or Python), and basic networking concepts.
*	Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
*	Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
*	Provide day-to-day operational support for payment systems hosted on Azure.
*	Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
*	Perform deployments and maintenance activities using Azure DevOps.
*	Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
*	Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability and performance.
*	Maintain documentation of operational processes and provide on-call support as required.
