*	Should have 10+ Years of Experience and 7+ years for relevant experience.
*	Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
*	Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
*	Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
*	Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
*	Track and report agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, progress) to stakeholders.
*	Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
*	Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions.
*	Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
*	Ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery standards.
*	Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
*	Should we well versed wit tools like Confluence and Jira.
*	CSM and CSPO certificates will be a good add on.
*	Technical Background will be a good plus to handle aggressive technical teams.
