Description of Project
*	We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead the migration of a significant number of SharePoint sites to Google Sites.
*	This role is critical to our broader transition to Google Workspace and will involve close collaboration with a system integrator and internal stakeholders.
*	The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of successful migrations between these platforms.
Key Responsibilities
*	Conduct discovery sessions to assess existing SharePoint environments
*	Design and implement a scalable migration strategy to Google Sites and Google Drive
*	Rebuild site architecture and content in Google Sites with a focus on usability and performance
*	Collaborate with a system integrator and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
*	Provide documentation, training, and post-migration support
*	Identify and resolve technical issues during the migration process
Required Qualifications
*	Demonstrated experience migrating SharePoint sites to Google Sites
*	Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sites, Drive, Docs, Admin Console, etc.)
*	Familiarity with SharePoint site architecture, permissions, and workflows
*	Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*	Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
*	Must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
Preferred Qualifications
*	Experience working with system integrators or in cross-functional project teams
*	Knowledge of third-party migration tools or custom automation scripts
*	Background in digital transformation initiatives
