Location: 600 Canal Street Richmond VA USA 23219 (hybrid – 1 week in office, 1 week remote)
Pay Rate: $45/hr

Top Required Skills
1) MUST have prior experience with conducting vendor implementations
2) MUST have prior experience with developing specifications from business requirements that allow implementation of those specifications into application development
3) Ability to write scripts, understanding of .NET technologies
4) Structured, methodical System Analyst skillset (software system requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, testing)
5) MUST have prior hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst
Duties include:
• Function as a consultant to our internal business partners regarding technology and process solutions.
• Facilitate finding, developing, and implementing viable technology solutions for our business partners by working with teammates, IT groups within the company, external service providers, and business partners.
• Provide guidance to our internal business partners by knowing what technologies are available to solve complex requirements.
• Interface with internal business partners, IT groups, and external service providers to implement new systems and modify existing systems.
• Facilitate and lead requirements workshops.
• Functionally deconstruct, analyze, and document our internal business partners’ systems, problems, processes, and needs.
• Define business requirements and test cases using structured methodologies.
• Effectively lead documentation of business requirements, test cases, use cases, and design thinking exercises.
• Provide written and verbal updates on projects and solutions to IT and business management.
• Develop and deliver training on new or revised system functionality to raise awareness, educate users, and support personnel.
Preferred Years of Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ hands on experience in position
Education:
• Bachelor’s preferred – IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, open to other majors
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED/Equivalency
