Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for ***’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds for our Drive product & associated suite of APIs
Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the *** platform.
Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partners’ objectives.
Requirements:
Technical
3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks
Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
AI experience (not a hard requirement, but preferred)
Operational
Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
Experience in project and/or program management
Experience planning sprints
Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Experience working in JIRA
