Work: Accelerating Mia Migrations via .NET upgrades and .NET Framework to .NET (Core) conversions. This team serves as an internal consulting team to the various product teams at client. In addition to the migration/conversion work these individuals will be providing application/product support to existing products.
Technical Skills:
*	Extremely strong in C# and .NET
*	Experience in upgrading legacy products from .NET Framework to Core
*	Skilled in debugging and resolving common issues
*	Familiar with and skilled at mitigating breaking changes encountered when moving between major versions of .NET
*	Skilled in documenting technical implementation
*	Automation skills to quickly scale up impact
Soft Skills:
*	Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*	Customer-service and hospitality minded (will need to work with many other teams)
*	Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
*	Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*	Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support team members.
*	Strong analytical and adaptability skills.
