We are looking for people with healthcare experience and very solid SQL. Want them to be able to understand the business so ask candidates what their project was doing
for the business.
Maintain and improve SQL Server DB
This team handles the data models, schemas, and changes to support the data workflow
Should be experienced with SQL Server development and T-SQL coding
Optimize SQL queries and database performance
 
Must Haves:

*	T-SQL coding/Development - including complex queries, stored procedures, triggers
*	SQL Server (2019 or later)
*	Strong knowledge of database design, best practices/principles, data modeling

 
Nice to Haves:
Healthcare or 340B experience

Key Responsibilities: 
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, including tables, stored procedures, triggers, and functions in a heavy data and workflow-centric environment.
Implement data models, schemas, and indexing strategies to support data and workflow requirements.
Collaborate with others in translating requirements into effective database solutions.
Adhere to industry Best Practices and Wellpartner Coding Standards
Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Optimize complex SQL queries and database performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for SQL Server development.
Stay current with emerging database technologies and contribute to process improvements.
