JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interview: HIGH POSIBILITY to do Face to Face interview with client (must)
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets/Wealth Management/Securities Master.
Proven experience in implementing Product Master solutions.
Solid understanding of SQL and reference data management principles within Wealth Management/Capital Markets.
Experience working closely with Operations teams to align technology solutions with business workflows.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Domain Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of Reference Data (especially, fixed income) in the Wealth Management industry.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting reference data in financial services.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, senior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
