Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8s)

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to support the Corporate Strategic Planning (CSP) team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between system analysis and programming by translating business needs into robust technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET development experience and a background in large, regulated environments such as financial services.

 

Work Location Requirement: Candidates must be local to either Cayce, SC or Richmond, VA, or able to commute to the respective office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

*	Analyze existing systems and business processes to develop technical requirements and design solutions.
*	Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies.
*	Perform system maintenance and provide technical support for enterprise applications.
*	Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
*	Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including user guides and design specifications.
*	Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*	Minimum 4+ years of experience with .NET programming (must be clearly shown on resume).
*	4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
*	Strong understanding of database structures and management systems.
*	Proven experience working in large, regulated industry environments (e.g., financial services).
*	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*	Ability to lead or contribute effectively to multidisciplinary teams.

 

Education:

*	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
