Job Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications
*	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
*	12+ years of progressive professional experience in software development, with a significant leadership role in designing and delivering complex enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
*	Demonstrable and extensive experience (e.g., 5+ years specifically) in architecting, leading, and successfully executing large-scale application migrations to AWS.
*	Expert-level proficiency in C# programming language, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/8+.
*	Deep understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), advanced design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
*	Strong hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and expertise in complex database migration strategies and optimization.
*	Mastery of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and asynchronous communication patterns.
*	Proficiency with advanced Git workflows and enterprise-grade version control systems.
*	Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
*	Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, capable of dissecting and resolving highly complex technical challenges.
*	Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
*	AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
*	Extensive experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS) in a production AWS environment.
*	Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
*	Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies at scale.
*	Familiarity with logging and monitoring solutions like ELK Stack, Splunk, DataDog, New Relic.
*	Experience with advanced serverless patterns using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
*	Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the .NET/AWS community.
