Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Senior Process Analysts to join our team at our Richmond location. This role involves highly repetitive, process-driven work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, proficient in digital tools, and comfortable with both independent work and team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
	Perform repetitive, accuracy-critical tasks efficiently.
	Work with Google Suite tools, especially Sheets, and navigate Excel with ease.
	Communicate effectively within internal teams via Slack and verbal updates.
	Follow established workflows with minimal supervision.
	Adapt quickly to changes in processes and business needs.
Required Qualifications:
	Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related role.
	Strong computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
	Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, navigation).
	Excellent communication skills—verbal and written (Slack, meetings).
	Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach to learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
	Experience in a financial services or production-based environment.
	3+ years of experience in similar roles is a strong plus.
Additional Information:
	This is a full-time onsite position (no remote/hybrid flexibility).
	Candidates must be eligible for conversion to a permanent role if needed.
