JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client needs a Hardware server racks and configuration individual. At least 3 days onsite a week, maybe more – so they need to be okay with this.

O365 + VMWare + Azure Active Directory + Azure + Web Server
Sr Azure System Engineer or Azure Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our organization's software, hardware, and networks.

Responsibilities:
*	Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
*	Administer and optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments
*	Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support via our Help Desk system
*	Manage and maintain Office 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, and security
*	Administer VMware virtualization infrastructure
*	Configure and support Windows servers and desktop environments
*	Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
*	Ensure system security and perform regular security audits
*	Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions
*	Document processes and maintain system inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*	Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
*	Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
*	Proficiency in managing Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
*	Excellent Help Desk and customer service skills
*	A++ certification or equivalent experience
*	Extensive experience with Office 365 administration
*	Solid understanding of VMware virtualization technologies
*	Expertise in Windows Server and desktop configuration and support
*	Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
*	Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
*	Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA A+)
*	Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
*	Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
*	Familiarity with ITIL framework
