Job Description
Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Data Architect with extensive experience in Market Data (Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and Cloud Data Platforms (AWS). The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of recent banking experience and a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and financial market data solutions. 
Qualification & Responsibilities: 
*	Develop and optimize Cloud Data Platforms (AWS) for storage, processing, and analytics.
*	Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, and governance.
*	Work closely with trading, risk, and analytics teams to enhance market data utilization.
*	Define and enforce data quality, security, and compliance standards in alignment with banking regulations.
*	Collaborate with business and technology teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical execution.
*	Optimize ETL workflows, data pipelines, and real-time streaming capabilities.
*	Provide architectural guidance for data warehouses, data lakes, and API integrations.
*	7-10 years of recent banking experience, with a focus on market data.
*	Strong knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other financial market data providers.
*	Expertise in AWS cloud data platforms (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR, etc.).
*	Solid experience with data modeling, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
*	Hands-on knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in financial services.
*	Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing and analytics.
*	Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus.
*	Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
