Job Description: 
Position Overview:
The Senior SAP BW Developer will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and optimization of SAP BW solutions focusing on Profitability Analysis (PA) and Plant Maintenance (PM). The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working in SAP BW, along with expertise in SAP BW 4HANA, HANA development, AO (Analysis for Office) development, and SAP DataSphere. This role requires deep knowledge of business processes within the PA and PM modules to build robust data models that support real-time business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
*	Design & Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP BW 4HANA data models for Profitability Analysis (PA) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
*	HANA Development: Utilize SAP HANA development tools to create optimized data models, calculations, and reporting solutions for PA and PM data integration.
*	AO Development: Develop and enhance dynamic, user-friendly reports using SAP Analysis for Office (AO), ensuring business users can easily access and analyze data.
*	Data Integration: Leverage SAP DataSphere for data integration and orchestration to seamlessly connect and manage data across various systems, supporting PA and PM reporting.
*	Optimization: Perform performance tuning on SAP BW and HANA objects to ensure high performance and scalability for PA and PM reporting.
*	Business Process Expertise: Work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, and Maintenance departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
*	Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide leadership to junior developers, guiding them through best practices for SAP BW and HANA development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data governance and process optimization.
*	Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP BW, HANA, AO, and DataSphere, and ensure efficient issue resolution in production environments.
*	Continuous Improvement: Stay current on emerging SAP technologies and continually optimize data processing and analytics workflows to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:
*	7+ years of experience with SAP BW(SAP BW 4HANA preferred), particularly in Profitability Analysis (PA)and Plant Maintenance (PM)modules.
*	In-depth expertise in SAP HANA development(SQL scripting, HANA Studio, XS Engine) for optimized data models and reporting solutions.
*	Strong experience with SAP Analysis for Office (AO)development, creating complex reports and interactive data visualizations.
*	Expertise in SAP DataSphere(formerly SAP Data Hub) for data integration and orchestration, particularly related to PA and PM data flows.
*	Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETLprocesses, and best practices for data modeling in SAP environments.
*	Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing data flows within SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other related systems.
*	Knowledge of integrating SAP BW with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) to streamline data for PA and PM reporting.
*	Experience in working in agile development environments and using version control systems.
*	Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*	Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
*	Preferred Skills:
*	Experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially integration with BW for PA and PM data.
*	Experience with SAP BW/4HANA migration projectsand the associated upgrade strategies.
*	SAP certifications in BW, HANA, AO, or related areas are a plus
