*	This will include working with cross-divisional executives, directors and other stakeholders as directed by the CFO to review current TCAPPS business processes which will include but is not limited to:
*	Coordinating the necessary functional and technical resources when collaboration is required.
*	lead analysis to re-engineer or develop processes necessary for efficient use of the CAPPS Financial system.
*	Working with business customers to gather requirements for the system and/or process improvements and report development.
*	Responsible for consistent use of project standardized processes and forms, including but not limited to, Functional Design Documents, Key Design Decisions, Change
*	Controls, Risk and Issue log, Scope Documentation, Configuration Documentation, Business Process Flows, and other project documents as needed.
*	Provide input to project management to estimate the level of effort required for customer requested activities.
*	Prepare detailed documentation in support of any of the activities listed above as requested by management.
*	Complete full range of testing and configuration as needed.
*	Design, Test and Build Queries to assist with business process improvement.
II.  CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
*	Experience with CAPPS Business Process Design/Redesign/Reengineering best practices
*	Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement
*	Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms
*	Experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft in Texas
*	Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
*	Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
*	CAPPS GL, Commitment Control, Purchasing, E-Procurement, AP,C ash Receipts, Inv, Assets and Grants
*	PeopleSoft Financial modules implementation and post-go live experience with an emphasis on process improvement
*	Leading Five (5) or more State Agency CAPPS Financial Implementations
*	Familiar with TCAPPS configuration with TEA
