Key Responsibilities:
*	Lead and oversee multiple IBM mainframe projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
*	Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
*	Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
*	Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.
*	Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, providing direction and motivation to team members.
*	Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success and satisfaction.
*	Implement best practices in project management, continuously improving processes and methodologies.
*	Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
*	Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications:
*	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*	7+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on IBM mainframe projects.
