Job Descriptions: 

*	Migration of application and DB (database) servers, including; 

	*	Moving applications from old servers (i.e. 2005) to newer versions (i.e. 2019),
	*	Migration of SSIS DB packages
	*	Database synchronization
	*	Reconfiguring network paths for SQL jobs and/or connection strings

*	Configuring, converting and upgrading legacy application, including: 

	*	Moving Classic ASP application from Basic to Windows Authentication.
	*	Application data access configurations with new servers.
	*	Updating applications at the Code and Database level to authenticate through SWE domain groups and multiple State Domains.
	*	IIS Configuration.
	*	Firewall changes.

*	Report Services, including: 

	*	Migrating SSRS reports, upgrading services, and testing reports

*	Reconfiguring MoveIT jobs for import/export, including: 

	*	Setup of Encryption and Decryption
	*	Migrating WinSCP, other File Transfer processes and batch scripts.
	*	Integration services for migrating and/or upgrading API's.

Senior Application Programmer with experience and expertise in web development with third-generation programming language (3GL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to occupy two (2) positions of Senior Application Programmer in support of OTS's LoS and SWE Migration efforts.

Services include, but are not limited to the following: 

*	Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs and documents new and existing web applications, maintenance and support of existing applications and associated databases.
*	Research and resolve program, data or system software problems of a highly technical nature, frequently interacting with other employees, supervisors, or users.
*	Provide expert advice, assistance or guidance of a highly technical nature concerning specialized application tools, hardware, software, or databases.
*	Evaluate, analyze and prepare information and recommendations on technical solutions or options related to operating and managing an information system.
*	Independently define data elements; design structures for databases; write and compile definitions and descriptions of data elements into dictionary form for use by technical staff and other users.
*	Prepare and monitor work plans and schedules to ensure timeliness, data integrity, and availability on a project basis.
*	Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
*	Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.
*	Monitor, review and audit performance of the customer-agency's replacement software and make performance improvements.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: 

*	5+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in web development using third-generation programming language (3GL).
*	2+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
*	2+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
*	Knowledge of Github.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: 

*	2+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in web development using Visual Basic .NET (VB .NET) and/or Classic ASP (Active Server Pages).

*	Contractor must maintain all records related to work performed and effort expended and must make such records available to the State upon request for audit purposes.
