Job Description:    
Skills: Embedded Software Development , Devops, HIL, TCP/IP Protocols, Verification, DO Standards, Aero EXP
*	Five (5+) years of experience in the Avionics/Aerospace field, specifically in embedded software development.
*	Experience in planning, designing
*	Executing verification testing across a range of software products including embedded software, applications, and integrated systems.
*	Knowledge of industry standards such as DO-178C and DO-330 process (or similar safety-critical software development guidelines) is essential, with proficiency in C#, C++, C, and Python preferred.
*	Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Git or similar tools (DEVOPS experience).
*	Experience in all phases of product development (full life cycle) in Software Engineering programs.
*	Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
*	Experience working with teams across multi-geographical locations and multiple disciplines.
*	Use data-driven quantitative analysis, including statistical tools, data modeling, and trend analysis, to inform decision-making. Identify patterns, predict outcomes, and select optimal solutions based on empirical evidence and logical reasoning.
*	Understanding of safety-critical systems and verification requirements.
*	Experience/knowledge with Agile development.
*	Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP
*	Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies.
