Compensation Range: $35-50/hr on W2 only! 
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, and can work cross-functionally to positively impact the business. This role requires maintaining professionalism and integrity while investigating and resolving issues related to theft, fraud, and data discrepancies. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing loss prevention and mitigation strategies across various environments, including retail, e-commerce, corporate, and supply chain.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*	Analyze business processes to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
*	Develop and recommend loss prevention and mitigation strategies.
*	Investigate and resolve theft and fraud across retail, e-commerce, corporate, and supply chain environments.
*	Proactively identify fraudulent activities using existing and custom data sources.
*	Conduct data analysis to provide actionable loss reduction recommendations.
*	Prepare unbiased reports and presentations for management and law enforcement.
*	Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement process improvements.
*	Deliver regular reports on loss, fraud, and other relevant metrics.
*	Diagnose and troubleshoot data discrepancies and complex process issues.
*	Work with the Fraud Prevention tool (Riskified) to monitor activity, identify trends, and pull reports.
*	Communicate closely with vendors to discuss areas of opportunity and provide necessary support.
*	Support the Member Support team with any system-related questions or assistance.
*	Utilize Stripe for pulling reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with vendors on improvements.
*	Dive into the Customer Management System (CMS) to research activity levels such as sales, returns, and customer accommodations.
*	Create new reports and monitor activity using SQL and Looker.
Must-Haves:
*	4+ years of experience in loss prevention, security, investigations, analytics, or business intelligence.
*	Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce payments focusing on fraud and loss prevention (e.g., Stripe, Affirm).
*	Proficiency in AWS or other public cloud environments.
*	Coding skills in Python and/or SQL.
*	Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
*	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*	Excellent attention to detail.
*	Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
*	Experience working with payment processors and fraud prevention.
*	Comfortable utilizing Redshift and Looker.
*	Strong organizational and time management skills.
*	Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
*	4-year degree or equivalent military/professional experience.
*	Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or comparable tools.
*	Technical process writing skills.
*	Reporting and data visualization skills.
*	Experience building dashboards in Looker or similar tools.
*	Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, Access).
*	Hands-on experience with large datasets and data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau.
*	Proactive, self-motivated, with strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
