We are seeking Resource with a specialization in creating high-level dashboards and proficient in reporting. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Datadog to design and develop comprehensive dashboards that provide actionable insights into system performance, application health, and business metrics. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills to effectively report findings and trends to stakeholders.

Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain dashboards that offer a clear and comprehensive view of system metrics, application performance, and business KPIs.
Strong understanding of monitoring principles and best practices, particularly as they relate to cloud-based applications and microservices architectures.
Data Visualization: Utilize Datadog's visualization capabilities to present complex data in an easily understandable format, facilitating quick decision-making.
Custom Metric Creation: Develop custom metrics and monitors as necessary to track specific performance indicators relevant to our application and infrastructure.
Alert Configuration: Set up and fine-tune alerting mechanisms within Datadog to promptly notify the appropriate teams of any anomalies or issues.
Performance Analysis: Analyze dashboard data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization, and provide actionable recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses based on dashboard data, summarizing key insights and trends for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product management to understand requirements and ensure alignment of monitoring and reporting efforts with business goals.
