Location : Remote Duration : Full Time Job Description : 1. Good comm skills 2. Flexibility to work overlapping EST hrs. till 4PM - 1.30 AM 3. project management skills 4. Scrum Master skills & certification 5. experience managing technical team, on .net platform 6. Coaching skills for developers 7. Ability to understand business needs, priority, proactive and goal oriented 8. Participate in project review meetings with stakeholders (Business and IT) 9. Past experience in establishing scrum practices (moving from waterfall to scrum) 10. Ability to run parallel projects 11. Effective reporting capabilities
