Job Description: 
*	Experienced Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership across cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and production operations. 
*	This role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS services, container platforms, CI/CD pipeline management, and end to end environment operations across the application lifecycle. 
*	The Lead DevOps Engineer will drive the stability, scalability, and automation of environments spanning from DEV to Production. 
*	The role includes ownership of environment governance, application onboarding, production monitoring, performance optimization, infrastructure enhancements, application support, incident management and continuous improvement of DevOps processes. 
*	As a senior technical lead, you will collaborate with cross functional teams including development, platform engineering, architecture, and support teams. 
*	You will ensure seamless deployments, proactive platform monitoring, 24×7 operational readiness, define best practices, and contribute to platform modernization and automation initiatives. 
*	Hands-on experience with AWS services: 
*	EMR 
*	Airflow (Managed Workflows) 
*	MSK (Kafka) 
*	PySpark 
*	DocumentDB 
*	EKS 
*	Good understanding of: 
*	IAM, VPC, EC2, Load Balancing, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda ( preferable ) 
*	Containerization & orchestration
