*	Extensive experience in data architecture, data governance, or enterprise data management, with a demonstrated ability to design and operationalize governance frameworks at scale.
*	Proven background working across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into enforceable data standards and architectural patterns.
*	Must be able to facilitate stakeholders for requirements gathering and validation.
*	Must have demonstrated strong communication skills with executives. 
*	Must have solid understanding and demonstrable **experience in retail** apparel business, especially customer journey.
*	Must have a solid understanding and demonstrable experience in **supply chain** (retail supply chain is a plus.)
*	Must be able to talk to business stakeholders in business context without technology.
*	Ability to take feedback and incorporate that into measurable improvement.
*	Ability to take vague or unclear expectations and turn them into concepts and requirements.
*	Ability to align disparate groups of stakeholders towards common framework by demonstrating value.
*	Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving.
*	Change Management experience a big plus. 
Technical & Platform Skills:
*	Significant experience (10+ years) in the development and operationalization of data governance frameworks, operating models, and workflows.
*	Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Arts or Science
*	Must be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
*	Nice to have knowledge: Atlan, Alation, Google Cloud, Data Modeling, Wireframing and workflow development.
